Owner of Salesforce CRM and CPQ solutions architecture and first and third party system integrations.
Partner effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, Product and Engineering to define business requirements, design system enhancements, and implement robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Establish and enforce best practices for GTM systems design, governance, documentation, and data integrity, ensuring that solutions are secure and cost-effective.
Scope, build and manage system integrations for effective data flows between Salesforce clouds and Quizizz product back-end and external GTM systems.
Integrate 1st party data with data from external systems using both declarative tools as well as Apex & Lightning Component development.
Manage data mapping and migration, data cleansing, custom object settings, fields, validation rules, flows, security settings and reports & dashboards.
Build and manage DevOps processes related to Salesforce, including use of deployment tools like Gearset.
At least two technical Salesforce certifications (preference for these): Application architect, CPQ specialist, Data Management & Architecture Designer, Advanced Administrator, Technical Architect
Who you are
Experience in technical SaaS offering and product led growth.
Good understanding of GTM motions within Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and ability to build and optimize systems from business requirements.
Expert proficiency in Salesforce architecture and experience managing complex systems and implementations.
Deep knowledge of technical best practices across the full revenue lifecycle—including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Hubspot Marketing cloud and adjacent tools like Outreach, Clay, LeanData, Gong, and signature tools.
Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships with and influence GTM, Finance, and Product teams.
Ability to translate and rollout technical solutions to business stakeholders, anchored in end-user empathy
