Job Description
About the role: We are looking for a trainer who has experience in the overseas education industry or the education industry.
Charter for the role will include:- Work closely with the stakeholders to train the current team and the new hires.
- Build the content & drive the training effectiveness (train as per business metrics).
- Process training excellence - Build, monitor and improve processes.
- Work closely with sales managers and leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure comprehensive product training for the sales force.
- Track and report on training activities and outcomes.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas that may require additional training or support.
Ideal persona:- Previous sales experience, preferably in an edtech.
- At least 6 years of experience in training.
- Proven experience in sales training, instructional design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
Working Days: 6 days working (Work From Office - HSR Layout)
