Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks. Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work
Responsibilities:
- Develop, Maintain Knowledge Base (KB) for HP's configurator. Product line Knowledge base owner for PPS products.
- Apply expert knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle and Programming Languages to convert requirements to error free code.
- Works on NPI with complex scope and guide the team members technically. Fixing customer reported issues by working with different stakeholders and suggesting changes in the input to avoid ambiguity.
- Basic Agile knowledge is required.
Education and Experience Required:
- B. SC , MCA, M.Sc. IT, Computer Science graduates (Minimum 60% from 10th onwards)
- Basic Knowledge OOPS concept and on the programming languages like C, C++, Java and certification is preferred
- 0 to 2 Years of Experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Intermediate Knowledge in Spreadsheet.
- Strong Knowledge and use Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology to convert requirements to error free codes.
- Requires good written and verbal communication skills and should be able interact with the onshore development team.
