and continuously optimizing the same

from troubleshooting & exception handling to predictive maintenance based

from isolated low bandwidth shop floor bus networks to globally connected and
secure and fast IT-OT networks
JOB DESCRIPTION- Lead the Customer
in their digital transformation Journey starting with consulting to build the
digital transformation roadmap followed by Implementation of the digital
improvement initiatives.
- Co-ordinate
with Regional Sales and Services team to create opportunities for Digital
Transformation and OT cyber security
- Qualify
leads, develop the same and drive until conversion
- Study
RFQ / Customer requirement and detail scope of work for each proposal.
- In
case RFQ is not available, help customers create an RFQ through a co-creation
exercise
- Create
digital transformation and OT Cyber security proposals from offering stage till
project handover and ensure high level of detailing
- Prepare
a Proposal Plan, which should also include all resources, responsibilities,
deliverables, and dates, for stakeholders and partners.
- Align
with internal and external partners who will be critical in developing /
delivering the solution
- Build
& Submit a high quality Technical and Commercial proposal with sales.
- Ensure
terms and conditions covering all risks for sales and after sales on both
technical and commercial fronts
- Win
digital transformation deals with customers.
Skills & Abilities
–Deep
understanding of the digital transformation and OT Cyber security
–Strong
Value Selling skills with a focus to win
–Capability
to operate at C Levels
–Ability
to work with Cross Business Teams
–Knowledge
of:
oManufacturing
processes, various Manufacturing Systems and Automation. MES knowledge
preferable
oOT
cyber security. Good knowledge of network concepts preferred
oSupply
chain, logistics and warehouse functions
–Domain
knowledge of any discrete manufacturing Industry viz , Automotive, F&B,
Aerospace preferred.
–Excellent
Communication and presentation skills
–Entrepreneurial
attitude and experience of interacting with Customers.
–Growth
mindset with a focus on creating impact
Experience
- Approx
7 to 10 yrs of experience in working for Business development and sales
- Experience
in IT-OT consulting in business processes and systems , with at least some
experience in Manufacturing Automation and IT / OT business
- Experience
in manufacturing setup and automation / MES preferred
- Graduate
Engineers preferably in Manufacturing Engineering, Process planning, Industrial
Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering with post-graduation in Sales
/ Marketing
