You will lead a team of specialist sales/presales consultants on such products and guide Presales through a Solution Consulting approach.Main areas for value added contribution include:Communication approach, including pre-sales and sales collateralsCreate client solutions based on use cases, our goals and needGood Technical understanding of Financial Markets, with focus on BFSI sector in IndiaTechnical knowledge of BFSI software and fraud product suitesYou will report to the Specialist Sales Lead.The Sales Specialist candidate will have experience in SaaS consultative sales, solution consulting and product management. Given the strategic role we play in our clients' business decision-making, you are expected to work at senior levels and demonstrate obvious confidence in this environment.Main ResponsibilitiesSales SpecialistProficiency in analysing the customer's business, applications and converting the needs into viable technical solutionsIs an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, fraud solutions and concepts relevant to lending businessCreate a compelling value proposition for Experian Products & Solutions across markets by architecting solutions, structuring deals and strategic consultingPrior experience in a presales team which works with the sales team to conceptualise new business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generationLead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and in company partnersPerform Business Process Improvement using multiple business consulting tools and methodologiesKeep oneself updated on changing our needs, regulatory requirements, new domain trends, tools and productsDemonstrate understanding of Technology landscape of the BFSI sectorPromote customer-product sync through understanding of market use cases and trendsQualifications6 – 8 years' experience leading Sales, Presales and Consulting activities within a tech led business with a focus on client relationships & product managementExpertise in SaaS and cloud-based productsExposure to B2B Enterprise SellingExperience with software technology, App and Online UX / CXFacilitate improvement processesExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospects both in 1-1 and group settingsData-driven Experience researching and generating leads approachExcellent ability to partner with sales teamscredible - working at all levels both internally and externallyMBARole Location: MumbaiExperian is an equal opportunities employerAdditional InformationUnderstand a Credit ReportCheck the details of a complaint / disputeUnderstand the process of resolution of complaints / disputesMake suggestions to improve the process#LI-HybridExperian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here
