You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Should have an ability to engage the customers & partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value Strategic mindset in planning and driving marketing strategies and managing customersAlways demonstrates tenacity to achieve assigned AOP and complete the assignment despite challengesWell organized, able to set and reset priorities, willing to work extended hours (sometime even beyond call of duty hours) to support emergency cases.Provide surgical case coverage, follow-up support and troubleshooting in the assigned TerritoryConduct customer in-services for new and existing accountsConduct required training for new accounts on all therapiesSell specified therapies to physicians, institutions, payers and other medical staffDevelop relationships with physicians and hospital administration staff to ensure both clinical and non-clinical needs are identified and metWork with existing key implant centers to develop and implement strategies to move accounts towards technical self-sufficiency.Provide adequate training and troubleshooting help at the time of live cases.Gather and communicate input from field to management regarding market trends, customer satisfaction, competition, and product issuesDevelop ethical, positive long-term customer relationshipsConduct Consignment counts as required by Product and Inventory ManagementProvide Sales Forecast data to Sales Manager upon request and in a timely mannerDevelop Sales strategies and execute same within the Sales Force Effectiveness modelMaintain data relating to Customer information and Sales activity in prescribed manner within Data Management SystemsSALES PROFESSIONAL CAREER STREAM: Typically sales professional individual contributors with direct sales responsibilities. May direct the work of other lower level sales professionals or manage sales processes and / or accounts involving multiple team members. The majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and closing sales.DIFFERENTIATING FACTORSAutonomy: Entry-level sales professional on one or more individual or team accounts .Sells products and/or services to a group of clients and identifies new and potential customers.Work is closely supervised .Maintains relationships.Organizational Impact: Works to achieve individual sales targets within product area and/or account by selling lower complexity products / services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.Has some impact on the overall achievement of sales results for the team.Work typically on smaller, less complex accounts, small quota or territory.Innovation and Complexity: Follows standard sales and business development practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.May recommend changes in account tactics to achieve sales goals .Implements improvements and changes to work processes and procedures.Communication and Influence: Communicates with external customers and / or vendors, involving basic negotiation and / or presentations in order to close sales.Obtains or provides information requiring some explanation or interpretation .Leadership and Talent Management: N / A – Job at this level are focused on self-development.Required Knowledge and Experience: B.E or B.Tech (Bio Medical Engineers / Bio Technology)/ B.
