We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 10-15
years of expertise in WHRS (Waste Heat Recovery Systems) Power Plants, BIOMASS
Power Plants, and organic ranking cycle technologies. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in sales of boilers, steam turbines, ACC (Air Cooled
Condensers), BOP (Balance of Plant), auxiliaries, and accessories, specifically
tailored for clients in Cement, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical, Biomass, and
Process Industries.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute sales strategies to
achieve and exceed sales targets for WHRS, Biomass Power Plants.
- Identify and pursue new
business opportunities within Cement, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical,
Biomass, and Process Industries, continuously expanding the client base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs
and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical
teams to provide customized solutions to clients' specific requirements,
ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales
proposals, including detailed technical specifications and commercial terms,
addressing client needs effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with
clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved and maintaining
profitability.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market
developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to
management.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts,
and market insights to management, enabling informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in
engineering or a relevant field is required. An MBA is preferred.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in sales of WHRS Power Plants,
Biomass Power Plants, and related equipment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and
exceeding sales targets, with a track record of meeting ambitious goals.
- In-depth understanding of boilers, steam turbines, ACC, BOP,
auxiliaries, and accessories, with the ability to communicate technical details
effectively.
- Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex
ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong network within Cement, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical,
Biomass, and Process Industries, facilitating business development efforts
across the Globe.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a
team environment, fostering a cooperative work environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required, to meet clients and
explore business opportunities.
