Basic Function
Support Wolters Kluwer Health’s advertising operations needs such as order input, house banner ad trafficking, and billing reconciliation. Partner with Publishing and Ad Sales for marketing and advertising campaign management.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Collect house ad campaign banners, QA, and traffic.
- Troubleshoot house ad matters with Publisher.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to manage existing advertising campaigns such as pulling relevant reporting.
- Ad Sales billing support. Pull reports as needed and reconcile delivery with booking revenue.
- Assist in tracking eCommerce delivery to provide house ad feedback when needed.
- Engage with Recruitment Sales, Operations, and Product teams to manage Recruitment feed by collecting creative, connecting with clients, and submitting sale information.
- Manage client expectations. This is true for internal clients, like our Publishers, and external clients, like Recruiters.
- Recruitment print and digital Recruitment Product management support.
- Manage and communicate project schedules, goals, and dependencies.
- Communicate actionable findings to non-technical audience in clear and concise language.
- Prioritize projects and manage customer expectations while balancing competing opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience
- 2-3 years of digital campaign management or related experience
- Understanding of digital advertising and content integration capabilities or other relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to understand campaign metrics
