Role:Marketing & Sales Consultant
Reporting Manager: Managing Partner
Location:Chennai
Role & responsibilities:
Plan and execute “phygital” (with greater focus on digital) marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Quora, Medium etc), and email campaigns.
Analyse the campaigns’ success rates and create future strategies accordingly. 
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, by sharing case studies, success stories and knowledge artefacts and engaging with followers.
Create, curate and manage and internally generated content. 
Identifying potential clients and generating leads through a variety of methods, including cold calling, email marketing, and maintaining strategic relationships with them.
Design and implement a process to market our existing database of candidates to current and potential clients.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, engaging with live accounts, and working closely with the internal team to close deals
Keep up with business trends – including hiring trends / outlook – in the recruitment industry and the wider job market 
Work as a Recruiter on client hiring mandates 
Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience
Ability to create digital marketing strategies, implement them and gauge their success
Good understanding of current SEO/PR/SEM and their best practises
Demonstrable skills in positioning and selling solutions to multiple stakeholders in client organisations.
