  • Location: Bangalore / Chennai
  • Work Mode: WFO

Role & responsibilities:


  • Drive sales growth and expand market presence in India through effective sales strategies and key account management.
  • Identify target markets, analyse competitors, and refine sales approaches to meet company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Present, demonstrate, and negotiate products to convert leads into customers.
  • Develop tailored solutions for key accounts and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as needed.

Candidate requirements:


  • 9 - 13 years of proven experience in sales selling manufacturing solutions.
  • Proven experience selling into the automotive, life science, consumer industries and electronic industry. 
  • Strong track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Familiarity with the automotive, medical, and consumer goods industries is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
