About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
This role is critical in driving our sales strategy, achieving targets, and leading a high-performing team.
The charter for this role will include:
Identify process gaps and develop solutions to address them effectively.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and progress.
Recruit, train, and oversee the inside sales team, assigning specific tasks to team members and monitoring overall performance.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective strategies as needed.
Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Motivate the team and cultivate a collaborative and competitive atmosphere.
Ideal Persona would:
5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role leading a team of 10+ sales professionals.
3+ yrs experience managing a premium product sales team.
Should have experience of setting up sales practices and driving sales performance improvement.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Ability to analyse data and prepare actionable insights for corrective measures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
