KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Planning & Stretegy
- A regional sales manager primarily drives sales and revenue growth within their assigned region. They develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets, forge strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities. They collaborate closely with the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to meet individual and team goals. Furthermore, a regional sales manager analyses market trends, monitors competitor activity, and recommends improving sales strategies
B. Operational
- Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing staff.
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training,
- Assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in Assigned districts.
- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and Reviewing job Contribution and employee enforcing policies and procedures.
- Plans and reviews compensation strategies.
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales Information And Recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity, Quality, and Customer-service standards.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales System Improvements, and implements change when necessary.
- Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, Scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective Actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in Support of National Objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new Customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and Service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and Tracking competitors.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating sales representatives
- Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers
- Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts Monitoring sales performance and conducting regular sales reviews
Knowledge:
- Candidate should have 15/20 year experience on Sales & Solution Designing (For all verticals – Audio/Video/Voice)
- Should have good communications skills (oral /written) &understanding of Mumbai market for all above verticals.
- Candidate should have excellent contact with different Architectures, Electrical Contractors, OEM’s, suppliers, vendors
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to travel frequently and effectively to work within budget.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification - BE – ECE / DECE / BSc / B. Tech in Electronic or EC/MBA/ ; MCA
Yr. of Experience - 15-20 years of Experience in Direct Sales
