Overall Job Role:
Responsible for development of new business opportunities for the DHL Fulfilment Network Product (DFN), DFN focuses on offering Omni Channel Fulfilment services to its customers with its pan India network of strategically located FCs combined with its tech offering. You should be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or changing landscapes. One should be collaborative, but equally data-driven and analytical.
Accountabilities:
Research, target and open new client opportunities to ensure deeper penetration in the ecommerce, Omni-channel Retail and D2C sectors.
· Identify and assess business fit of customers with DFN product offerings.
· Present product offerings and lead commercials discussions to ensure business wins
. Successfully identify, develop and manage a customer pipeline in the ecommerce, Omni-Channel Retail and D2C sectors.
· Lead the presentation of product offerings, proposals and commercial negotiations for target accounts.
· Build information base of target customers, identify new market trends and help build specific value offerings.
· Develop trust relationships with customers in a win-win atmosphere. · Deep understanding of the ecommerce, Omni-channel retail and D2C landscape in India with prior interactions with customers.
· Coordinate the cross-business development, Identify opportunities to exploit the collaboration and delivery agenda with other Group Companies through market research and sector knowledge to drive the “where next” agenda
· Achieve set targets, develop and promote the company's brand
Skills -
Comprehensive Supply Chain Management understanding, with a focus on Fulfilment services, prior experience in sales and development of Fulfilment services is a must. - Ability to understand and interpret industry requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
