This position is part of the Critical Care division, and as such will become a part of the BD organization in the future. Critical Care will operate as a separate business unit, called Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) within BD's medical segment, aligning with BD's smart connected care approach. How you will make an impact:
- Serves as main point of contact within own business unit for assigned territory (Delhi NCR) and/or customer base utilizing full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to Edwards medical products as it relates to the business.
- Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers, expands network in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.
- Develops and closes new business opportunities and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing annual plan to achieve region objectives.
What you'll need (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in science, bioscience, pharmacy or related field.
- 5 years of progressive medical sales experience.
- Experience in medical devices or pharma industry is required.

- Knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and other products.
- Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own region.
- Knowledge of customer organizations and how market environment impacts customers.
- Understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to Edwards medical products as it relates to the business.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value.
- Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
