Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting business growth in the electronic goods, industrial goods, and rubber products sectors.
  • Client Identification & Engagement: Identify and pursue potential B2B clients, fostering and nurturing long-term business relationships to drive sustained revenue.
  • Field Work & Customer Engagement: Conduct field visits, engage directly with customers, and effectively communicate product benefits to meet client needs.
  • Innovative Sales Approaches: Utilize out-of-the-box thinking to create and implement innovative sales approaches and solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Effective Communication: Convey product benefits, negotiate contracts, and resolve any client concerns to facilitate successful sales conversions.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and maintain industry positioning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure service delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:


  • Strong persuasive abilities, with demonstrated experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management.
  • Should have experience in selling cables, pulleys, chains, electronic mats, rollers, v belts, rubber sheets etc.
