About the Role


  • We are looking for a Sales Leader (founding GTM team) to shape our sales strategy and play a critical role in building our business. We value a hands-on approach & first-principles thinking. As a Sales Leader at Zamp, you will drive our revenue growth, lead and scale a high-performing sales team, and work directly with customers to close strategic deals. This is a highly collaborative role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to be part of a transformative journey from the ground up(0-1 🚀 & 1-100 🚀).

What You’ll Do


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing, hands-on sales team.
  • Own the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and manage strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive outbound initiatives and boost lead generation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement within the sales cycle.
  • Optimize pricing, revenue streams, and incentive programs to maximize growth.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategies.
  • Work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure success.

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a high-growth startup or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and GTM strategies.
  • Experience selling to Global markets.
  • Exposure to Fintech is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading a team of overachievers.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle sales and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise in outbound sales, with a focus on building relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on execution.
