Are you eager to follow up diligently, demonstrating unwavering commitment to potential clients?


As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. Your typical day will involve managing sales pursuits and ensuring successful outcomes for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customize platforms with custom pitches
  • Identify 10 opportunities with min. 25% close rate
  • Lead the sales process from origination to closure, ensuring successful outcomes for the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage sales pursuits, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations, to ensure successful outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications


  • 15+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes.
  • Should possess a strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with experience in deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Experience in managing sales pursuits, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance.
