Key Responsibilities:


Participate in the plan design implementation and maintain system updates and associated procedural documentation.


Facilitate successful implementation of new programs and ensure thorough system testing prior to going live.


Own Quota distribution, Program administration & attainment calculations ensuring accuracy in execution.


Collaborate with other departments within Sales, Finance and HR to identify improvements / enhancements to the current Sales Compensation policies and processes.


Own the regional execution against the global governance model for all aspects of Sales Incentives programme partnering with key stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance.


Help support the commission accrual process, including variance analysis to actual payouts.


Support in answering queries from any external audit firms on commission related matters


Provide operational analysis, reporting and trends related to commissions, compensation plans, and the sales force.



Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills:
• Knowledge of Xactly Incent or other ICM platform
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across a matrix organisation.
• Natural preference for working in fast paced environments
• Excellent level of proficiency in Excel including experience building analysis and models
• Excellent analytical aptitude, fluent in reporting tools
• A thoughtful, systematic approach to systems and processes
• Experience with quota setting and sales compensation program design
• Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
 


Experience:
• 3-4 years of experience in sales compensation or analytical sales operations role
• Experience with Salesforce & SPM systems, preferably Xactly. Strong program management and analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in Technology/SaaS sales space, with strong preference for experience in growth companies.
