Job Title: Sales Head
Location: Ahmedabad (with travel to nearby locations)
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time, flexible hours
Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing (education field preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Identify new markets and opportunities
- Set and monitor sales targets
- Recruit, train, and manage sales team
- Ensure timely payment collections
- Collaborate with other departments
- Represent the institute in seminars
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of sales processes and market trends
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
