TITLE: Pre-Sales and Customer Service Agent


Location: Mumbai


Experience: 4 - 7 years


Salary: Upto 13 LPA


Timing: US Shift


ABOUT THE ROLE


You will be our customers’ first point of contact, helping them understand their needs. What does it mean? You will actively listen to their needs, handle negotiations, and close deals. A positive negotiation, problem-solver, and curious attitude is critical to delivering the best service possible and reaching the sales target. You will be the voice of the customer across the organization, reflecting to stakeholders your impressions and insights for ongoing product improvements.  
You will handle inquiries by phone, chat, email, and digital channels, in large volumes and with a sense of urgency. What you need:

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


• Take complete ownership of the customer's experience on our tech platform right from a sales lead to becoming a customer.  
• Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales target achievement in a B2B sales role.
• Curious attitude that seeks to find solutions for every customer’s inquiry.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and reach booking targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Own and fully support customer life cycle.
• (Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution).
• Provide customer feedback to product/operation teams to ensure process improvements.
• Ability to record short and clean data to CRM for customer insight analysis.

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATION


• Graduation in any discipline with 4 - 7 years of experience in customer service/success role/pre- sales (Preferred in E-Commerce / Tech enabled companies).
• Excellent communication in English and customer engagement skills.
• Tech savvy and able to learn recent technologies and tools quickly.
• Can-do attitude and the ability to think of solutions.
• Highly motivated and energetic team player.
• Willingness to work in alternating/rotational shifts.
