Job Description

Job Summary:


The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the corrugated box manufacturing industry. This role involves sales planning, client interactions, order management, and market research to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Business Development:


  • Identify and approach potential customers in industries like FMCG, e-commerce, pharma, and manufacturing.
  • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and customer visits to generate leads with the help of India Mart, Just Dial, Trade India portals.
  • Develop/Create and offer packaging solutions that fit customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Understand client packaging requirements and suggest the best-suited corrugated box solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction & retention.

Sales & Order Processing:


  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
  • Coordinate with Production & Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and update sales records, order status, and customer database.

Reporting & Target Achievement:


  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report sales performance, revenue, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates to the Senior Sales Executive on pipeline and forecasts.
