About the job SALES EXECUTIVE

POSITION PURPOSE:


The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in lead generation, client engagement, and business growth. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development (BD) team based on country-specific strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth by expanding the companys client base and ensuring a seamless sales process.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule meetings for the Business Development (BD) team in alignment with country-specific sales strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company services and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales activity data.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
  • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the BD team to ensure smooth client interactions and seamless handovers.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, meetings scheduled, and lead conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in industries such as Technology, Recruitment, Consulting, or Business Services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data tracking tools like MS Excel.
  • Strong ability to deliver client-focused solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple leads and follow-up processes efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and methodical with a strong sales mindset.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across various levels of an organization.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
