SALES EXECUTIVE – AAPD
(AGRI, AQUA, POULTRY-DAIRY)
- Responsible for developing new clients by targeting corporate and medium sized companies in AP, Telangana / Maharashtra / Karnataka for Agri, Aqua, Poultry & Dairy products.
- To prepare own sales / revenue and action plans & achieve month on month targets
- To generate leads & conduct extensive cold calling to identify prospects and meet them to present Cropex offering to medium sized & corporate prospects to successfully transform them to clients.
- To provide Product training & online meeting with prospects/clients regularly
- To participate in clients conducted farmer meetings, launch schemes etc. and help them to market our products thereby increase the sales and revenues.
- To strictly abide by the company’s rules and regulations and implement the same to subordinates at all times.
- To monitor and control credit with clients.
- To address any issues in the field that may arise from time to time.
- To thoroughly learn about company’s existing and new products to be able to present them where required.
- To provide daily report & Market Information to line manager without fail.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
