Sales Enablement Program Manager Job Description



Global Sales Enablement Program Manager



In this role, you will drive productivity and sales effectiveness across Qualys’ global field sales organization. You will manage the logistics, communications, and resources for all Global Sales Enablement programs, including New Hire Onboarding, Sales and Sales Leadership development, as well as Partner and Technical Enablement. This role also involves managing the enablement platform, Showpad, to optimize these initiatives.



Your Responsibilities



  • Lead the ongoing development and administration of the Qualys Sales Enablement Platform (Showpad) in alignment with other Qualys learning entities and functions.



  • Establish knowledge-sharing practices to ensure that best practices, success stories, and lessons learned are easily accessible.



  • Create, assign, and monitor sales training and certifications.



  • Provide regular reporting on program effectiveness, adoption, and ROI to stakeholders.



  • Support and optimize sales tools and enablement across the Qualys tech stack, including SFDC, Altify, Showpad, Gong, SalesLoft, Zoom, and ZoomInfo.



  • Participate in the planning of global sales meetings, sales summits and events. 



  • Generate reports and documentation for Global Sales Enablement, supporting sales, sales leaders, Product Managers, and executives.



  • Identify and evaluate new sales tools and technologies that can enhance sales productivity and engagement.



  • Coordinate activities, outings, and logistics associated with Sales Enablement training programs.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and HR, to ensure alignment and consistency across enablement programs and support broader business objectives.



Your Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.



  • Experience deploying global programs for sales teams; experience with the Showpad Sales Enablement platform preferred.



  • Experience with LMS systems, learning technologies, and sales enablement platforms preferred.




  • 2+ years of experience in sales, training, project management, or coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.



  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.



  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.



  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.



  • Willingness and ability to learn new software tools and applications quickly and efficiently.



  • Ability to travel as necessary.
