Sales Development Representative 


Location: Bangalore 


Are you ready to be at the forefront of innovation in a high-growth SaaS company? At Locus, we’re looking for Sr. Sales Development Representatives who are excited to drive enterprise-level growth in the USA markets. You'll be the critical link between Locus and some of the largest companies in the world, playing a key role in driving outbound lead generation for our cutting-edge B2B SaaS solution in the logistic & supply chain space.Its a individual contributor role.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Understanding Locus’ product offering and use cases we solve


  • Responsible for driving Enterprise lead generation and revenue contribution in North America 


  • Understanding customer needs and requirements


  • Territory management and total addressable market penetration


  • Building and managing strong relationships with prospects/clients and helping product with continuous feedback


  • Generating new business meetings leading to opportunities and closures.


  • Outbound Demand generation (Sales Development) for a B2B SaaS product


  • Research, Planning and preparing presentations


  • Communicating new product/service developments/offerings to prospective clients.


  • Identifying new market segments for Locus


  • Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to opportunity creation stage


  • Manage a database of leads in CRM (Salesforce), efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them they're established in the sales pipeline


  • Knowledge of Sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Aircall, Chorus, and others.


  • Comfortable and willing to work in the US shift (5 pm IST - 2 am IST) 


  • Hands-on experience with outbound email campaigns, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn reach outs, and cold calls.
