Overview This position will be part of the GBS organization based in Hyderabad supporting the Cluster Commercial team with key reporting and alaysis of performance by Channel Customer and Sales area against key deliverables. The position is critical to add value to the reports suite, this role also provides meaningful insights and recommendations to the Cluster Sales Leadership team , highlighting all opportunities for growth and productivity. Coordinator has to co-ordinate with Stakeholders to maintain the backend data both on internal systems and external systems. The Coordinator will be also be responsible for Vendor management , Invoicing and Data Management for Traditional and Modern trade market. The analyst will be working with the Capabilitiy Leads who will channel work on various work groups mentioned above or outside of it. The analyst role is business impacting and time bound; accuracy and timeliness of completion of tasks is critical for the team’s success in turn the sales teams’. The Coordinator will be expected to work on transformation initiatives of their respective processes and bring in their learnings to streamling, automate and effectively lay down processes with the Sales Cluster Lead’s support. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Coordinator works with the India sales team for data management. Ensure delivering below work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs. Onboarding new vendors with proper due diligence and gathering all related information from business stakeholders. Maintaining pre-existing vendors in PepsiCo Internal system. Key knowledge of SAP, Ariba and MS Office. Collaborating with the stakeholders at all levels to support adhoc requests / reporting. Execute Internal orders and Purchase orders for modern and traditional trade and tracking spends against planned while maintaining deadlines. Scheduling weekly meetings with the stakeholders to ensure accuracy of data and maintaining Invoice records. Analyze data to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities. Develop winning relationships with Cluster commercial Sales Leadership team and other key stakeholders in cluster business , ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided within established SLAs. Work closely with wider GBS team members to deliver full loop data support to Cluster business. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Operations Finance/Sales (for L3) Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance, Master’s degree is a plus Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferred Analytical Skills: Good data skills and ability work through large data sets Communication: Strong communication skills and collaboration skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Proactive, responsive and results driven Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail Language skills - English fluent Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities Good to Have – Working knowledge of advanced MS excel and VBA
