The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the sales cycle, building client relationships, and providing exceptional after-sales support. Business Planning and Goal SettingBusiness Plans: Create detailed business plans designed to achieve predetermined goals and quotas, outlining strategies and actions to drive sales success.2. Sales Cycle ManagementEnd-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.3. Opportunity Identification and NetworkingSales Opportunities: Unearth new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.4. Product PresentationClient Presentations: Present products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating their value and benefits to address specific needs.5. After-Sales SupportCustomer Loyalty: Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and maximize customer loyalty.6. Client Relationship ManagementOngoing Contact: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their evolving needs, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.7. Issue ResolutionComplaint Management: Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.8.
