Sales Contract Executive

Job Description: Sales Contract Executive

• Accurately input customer orders into the system.
  
• Ensure timely updates and management of sales contracts.
  
• Generate and manage invoices using Tally ERP.
  
• Handle TDS and GST calculations and filings.
  
• Work with product codes for swift and error-free input and retrieval.
  
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate inventory records.
  
• Communicate effectively with customers to clarify orders and provide updates.
  
• Address customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation using logical formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and conditional formulas.
  
• Provide accurate reports to management on sales and contract progress.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  
• Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and other critical documents.
  

• Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
  
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales contracts, billing, or related roles.
  

• Proficiency in Tally ERP system.
  
• Basic accounting knowledge, including TDS and GST calculations.
  
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Logical formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables, COUNTIF, IF, etc.).
  
• Ability to understand and work with product codes efficiently.
  
• Strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and data entry.
  
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
  
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
