Key Responsibilities:


  1. Identify and assess new market opportunities and emerging trends within the automotive sector.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
  3. Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance market position.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to align product offerings with market needs.
  5. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  8. Monitor industry developments and report insights to senior management for strategic alignment.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technologies and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
