Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new market opportunities and emerging trends within the automotive sector.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance market position.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to align product offerings with market needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor industry developments and report insights to senior management for strategic alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive technologies and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
