Your key responsibilities
As FX & Rates Trader in GEM Asia India Local Markets India you will be responsible for:
- Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows
- Risk managing Flows and bank’s inventory positions across suite of products
- Responsible for execution, trade capture and PNL signoff of trading book
- Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation
- Client engagement - Market share acquisition.
- Help the trading desk with Daily activities and macro analysis
- ‘Home of Best Fit’ – ensuring that strategic processes are performed in the most efficient and cost effective location Regulatory & audit interaction – support leadership team in ensuring that regulatory and audit requests are managed professionally and diligently
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Knowledge of India Local Markets and products
- Knowledge of genesis of Client flows (i.e. Export, Import, Dividend, etc )
- An understanding and proficiency in managing trading books – FX and interest rate risk
- Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team.
- Creative personality. Innovative track record.
- Strong networking / communication skills
- 'Can do' positive attitude
