 Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing the lifecycle of Identity Management solutions, implementing new applications through various connectors, and maintaining database integrity with script optimization in Oracle/MySQL environments. The role requires expertise in REST API development and a solid understanding of directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Lifecycle Management (LCM) workflows, rules, connectors, configuration events, scheduled tasks, and other related components within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Onboard new applications to SailPoint using various types of Read/Write Direct connectors.
  • Write database scripts and fine-tune queries in Oracle/MySQL for optimal performance and integrity.
  • Participate in REST API development to facilitate integration with other systems and services.
  • Maintain and manage directory services including Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Analyze and support changes in IAM processes and solutions, providing clear explanations and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of IAM initiatives.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and a strong client-focused approach in all aspects of work.
Category wise Technical Skills:Identity Management: Proficiency in developing and managing Identity Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.Database Management: Strong expertise in Oracle and MySQL, including script writing and query optimization.API Development: Good working knowledge of REST API development for system integration.Directory Services: Solid understanding of Active Directory and LDAP.Experience:
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically with SailPoint.
  • Proven track record in developing workflows and connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience with database management and optimization in Oracle/MySQL environments.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Design and implement LCM workflows and connectors for various applications.
  • Monitor and optimize existing database scripts and queries to ensure performance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other IAM team members and stakeholders to address and support changes in identity management processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews of IAM solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science,Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in SailPoint or Identity Management are a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
