Description
Seeking an experienced SailPoint BA. Must be skilled at:
• UAM project
• Strong IAM concepts
• Strong Infra knowledge
Core Responsibilities
• Participate in requirement Analysis and Design.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand needs and translate into technical requirement
• Provide Level 3 Support for SailPoint applications.
• Should possess strong infra knowledge
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing deadlines.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
• Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP, ERP etc.
• Experience in Defining Rules, Access controls, Entitlements, User Policies, Certifications, Provisioning, creating workflows, rules, custom bean shell, provisioning plan, certifications, LCM, custom connectors, policies etc.
• Be involved in conducting Infrastructure reviews and collate details for internal and external audits.
• Be involved in performing Unit testing during the Development Phase
Business Responsibilities
• Strong project management and process skills
• Ability to work individually as well as with different stakeholders across geographies, levels and domains (Tech, Business) to drive the outcome.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or any other Identity Management Tool with good understanding of User Access Management Lifecycle in an organisation
• Hands on experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as PowerBI will be highly desirable.
• Should demonstrate proactive attitude.
• Experience to understand complex requirements, document, and work with different teams to implement.
• Demonstrate ability to exercise initiative and be able to follow through on issues with no supervision.
• Independence of mind and ability to escalate issues where appropriate.
