Safety SpecialistWe are seeking Safety professional with 5 years and above experience in manufacturing sites who will contributes to the achievement of the plant’s CBN. Responsible for development of the organizational capability to get the expected results (LTA & NM=0). Supports the implementation of systems and standards (Road map’s enablers) and takes part of their development when needed.Is a Role Model for SafetyCommunicates the Safety CBN and objectives to the plant.Shows intellectual curiosity and the willingness to develop and actively participate to departments DOMs.Conducts safety audits / BOS.Witness CIL and Maintenance on the lines.Leads Near misses and LTA’s InvestigationCoaching on the job: MSRA/JSA-BOS-IHBERoad map implementation and contributes and supports reapplication of Best PracticesLeads working sessions on Machine Safety Risk Assessment, Isolation of Hazardous Energy, ladders-steps-stairs.Leads reapplication through plants network and creates an environment where Health Checks ensures sustainability of results and uses internal and external benchmarks to drive performance improvement.
