This for Data Center role (On role of JCI)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety procedures and compliance on our project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management within the construction or industrial sectors and will ensure that all safety regulations are followed to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Provide safety training and resources for employees to promote a culture of safety.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote safety on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure best practices are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications such as CSP or CIH are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is preferred.
