• SAP HCM knowledge with interfaces knowledge; testing knowledge, issue resolution;10+ years of experience, bachelor’s qualification , post graduation preferred
• HR Domain knowledge, HR System expertise
• Knowledge on SAP HR Core, Success Factors and various other applications.
• SAP HCM - - Specialist and Expert;
• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and processes.
• Data Analysis & reporting;
• Perform detailed analysis of business processes and provide insights on optimization.
• Strong Knowledge on Processes, Technical Proficiency, Logical thinking, Leadership skills
• Overview on complete employee life cycle
• Entity rules & regulations Corporate guidelines Cross Functional Activities, Security & Compliance, Process Improvement, Problem solving skills;
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to S/4HANA modules.
