Role Description:
Looking for self-driven professionalswith exceptional skills inconsulting excellence: gathering and analyzing information, formulatingand testing hypotheses and developing recommendations for presentation to client managementto help them achieve their business plan, create new business modelsand drive the right kind of innovation required for success.

Buildand curatestrategyroadmaps, costbenefitanalysis, offerings,competitiveanalysis, primary and secondarymarketresearchorrevampbusinessmodelsforclientportfolio in technology and non-technology areas.
Design & executemeasurablego-to-marketactivitiesand initiatives alignedwiththeobjectivesofthebusiness group.
Own and manage keystakeholderrelationshipswith global offeringleadersacross different industries.
Deliver high-impact clientsolutionsbybringingtogetherofferingswith a clearunderstandingoftheclientproblemstatement.
Mentor and leadtheactivitiesofsmallnuclearteamsfor RFP/RFI responsestocapturesalesopportunitiesforgrowth.
Buildthecapabilityoftheteam in areasofConsulting, ProductStrategy, Business Analysis and Presentation, Communication, Client Stakeholder Management, Data Analysis and Visualization.
Own andgrowtheconsultingbusiness in areasmentionedabovealongside personal skillenhancement.
Preferred Experience
Experience ofworking in StrategyConsulting, Business Management, Program Management, Data Analytics orFounders‘ Office roles.
Experience ofworkingwithbusinessproposals, bidmangement, responsetowardssalessolutions and presentations.
Proven track recordofdelivering high-impact, high-visibilityengagementsfor large global clientsacrossnumerousindustires such asTelecommunication, Media & Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Automotive, Consumer Goods and Services, Private Equity and Investments, Public Sectorenagegements.
Ability towork in a rapidlychangingenvironmentwherecontinuousinnovationisdesired.
Analytical and quantitative skills and theabilitytouseharddata and metricsto back upassumptions and developbusinesscases.
Ability toclearlycommunicatethesedatainsightstoothers.
Your experience counts
Graduate degree in Engineering/Commerce/Economics/Statistics with a post-graduation qualification such as MBA from Tier1 Institutes preferred.
Minimum3+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Advisory, C-suite teams, Data Analysis and Visualization is preferred.
Outstanding written & spoken communication skills and experience of working with cross-cultural leaders & stakeholders in global teams.
Excellent problem solving, project management & stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility, agility and travel readiness that isrequired in a consulting environment.
Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles.
