What you will do:
Responsbile for Executing VRF/PAC product Validation by cross collabration with global team , Execute test standards creation , Project execution and track VRF Product validation by solving technical isssue in product and lab.
Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.
Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation

lAblility to create VRF test plan by understanding deign change point and execute the same in various labs with lab technicians .
lAbility to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences.
lAbility to show quick turnaround with product design and testing issues
lCollaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery
lUnderstand exisiting design and test standards , Compliance requirments in the product and bring in improvements
lCandidate must have experience in product development , Product engineering and validation .
lKnowledge on Design change pointsFMEA , and VRF Product able to solve techncial issues .
lAble to Drive and execute test results and manage overall technical issues and interperate for management decisions .
What we look for:
Required
lBE/B.Tech
l6 to 8 years of experience in new product development and validation of VRF/PAC.
lCandidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirments
lKnowledge of Six Sigma metholodgies , excellent MS Office Skills and ISO 17025 certification .
lAble to travel within and Outside India .
Preferred
lExperience with Lab management , Product development and prouduct testing management , able to drive the testing and project.
lGood communicator, both verbally and in writing
Highly motivated, Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
