Key Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance: Construct and sustain high-performance Ruby applications.
• Performance Optimization: Focus on server-side application logic and refine database indexing to boost efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing components with server logic.
• Lifecycle Contribution: Participate actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle, with an emphasis on coding, debugging, and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ruby Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Ruby programming and scripting.
• SQL Mastery: Strong command of SQL and experience with database indexing.
• Software Development Experience: At least 7 years in the field, developing software solutions.
• OOP & Templating Knowledge: Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and familiarity with server-side templating languages.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot issues and articulate solutions effectively.

Education and Experience

• Academic Credentials: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Industry Tenure: A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
