Position Summary and Location
Risk, Reliability & Maintenance (RRM) Engineering function executes projects with SoW involving creation/enhancement/review of maintenance concepts, programs, and strategies as well as CMMS system implementation/upgrades for installations within O&G (Oil & Gas) and other industries.
This position is part of RRM engineering function. The purpose of the position is to deliver routine RRM engineering assignments under minimal to nil supervision and complex assignments under general supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
·Follow established process to deliver RRM engineering assignments under minimal to nil supervision.
·Make decision related to routine problems almost independently.
·Be able to study and interpret all relevant inputs in form of engineering drawings & documents, asset details.
·Create Technical Hierarchy, perform Consequence & Containment Classification
·Support creation, evaluation and enhancement of preventive maintenance programs, preparation of maintenance work packs.
·Support assignments involving FMEA, RCA, RAM modelling.
·Support evaluation and optimization of plant/facility level materials/resource/spare parts requirement.
·Support asset / maintenance data acquisition, assessments, processing and upload from/to Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
·Support assignments related to implementation, evaluation and improvement of plant/facility level operational as well as maintenance KPIs.
·Support delivery of assignments / services with right quality and within schedule & cost constraints
·Use relevant industry codes / standards on jobs assigned.
·Comply to all organization level policies as well as functional team level processes.

·Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
·Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation & control Engineering)
·Minimum 2 years of oil and gas / Petrochemical / Refinery field experience
