Risk Execution & Testing - Associate

As a Risk Execution & Testing Associate in the Risk Execution and Strategy team, you will be a key player in our User Acceptance Testing team. You will manage all aspects of the business testing function, define strategies for User Acceptance, and ensure successful execution of business scenarios in a UAT environment. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to process enhancements, and facilitate quality testing practices in support of various products. If you have a high degree of initiative, the ability to work well under pressure, and a curiosity to learn, we would love to hear from you. You will be part of a team that supports the execution and implementation of business critical strategic initiatives.
 

Job responsibilities :

• Understand the intent of a business requirement
• Formulate test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involved
• Execute business scenario in UAT environment
• Partner and collaborating with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing status
• Ensure testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriate, Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups
• Incorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness
• Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completed
• Facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various products. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide consistent follow up on the status of Automation testing
• Assess, create and build automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reduction.
• Reconcile test automation results  with expected manual results

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing along with formulating test plans and approach, test scenarios and test scripts
• Experience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the task
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest tool,Soap UI
• Writing and executing queries in SQL
• Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
• Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
• Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly. High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure

• Experience with business rules engines
• Experience with risk processing
