The individual will assess critical business processes, conduct comprehensive risk evaluations, and evaluate internal controls' effectiveness, fostering continuous improvement throughout the organization by implementing risk response strategies. This individual will also examine, analyze, and evaluate the FIS Corporate Security programs, encompassing travel security, corporate protection, intelligence operations, risk reviews, special events, and any projects that necessitate program automation or technological support.


Advanced professional role requiring high skill with extensive proficiency. Works independently with only administrative supervision and the ability to overcome major obstacles and recognize early when issues should be escalated, or a senior peer needs to be consulted. Wide latitude for independent judgment and is expected to provide guidance and cross-training to others. Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel. Organizes developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures for identifying, collecting, and analyzing risk-related information. Educates and trains all staff and business associates about the risk management program and their responsibilities in carrying out program provisions. This role independently leads/manages various consulting projects and risk assessments. Ensures the protection of corporate assets and client-provided consumer information and advises management on the relative advantages/disadvantages of various courses of action to mitigate risk. Typically requires five to seven years of experience in the risk discipline or at a public company in a related field.


What you will be doing.


  • Develop and update a list of compliance requirements for all security functions, keeping in view the relevant PCI, ISO, SOC, internal, client-specific requirements, etc.


  • Coordinate with different GSOCs, locations, business processes, and support functions to ensure proper data gathering.


  • Act as Point of contact for the Corporate Security team during internal and external audits.


  • Develop and maintain compliance scorecards, matrices, and dashboards.


  • Keep track of audit findings and work towards their effective closure.


  • Ensure the strategic objectives of the risk management program are met, including executing risk assessment activities, coordinating risk response, and testing and validating the program.


  • Participates in projects to mitigate risks, including generating action plans for issues/gaps.


  • Tracks, coordinates, and resolves issues identified in any related control, compliance, or risk work.


  • Documents risk analysis and controls and evaluates control design and continuous control improvement.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.



General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


Five years' experience in corporate security operations and /or compliance disciplines.
A background in physical security auditing.
Risk assessment and internal audit experience are preferred.


Strong knowledge of MS Office and Power BI.


Added bonus if you have:


Experience in GSOC and physical security operations management.
