Our solutions help clients detect, assess and minimise potential risks associated with their customers, and regularly monitor them for any change in status.The Risk Screening Product Management team manages our portfolio of customer risk screening products which are fundamental to how our clients manage their Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption compliance programs. This position is your opportunity to drive the roadmap and delivery of the screening products to help our clients keep financial crime at bay. The Product Manager (PM) will be a steward for new and existing risk screening products andgrow revenue opportunities within the LSEG Risk Intelligence business. This exciting change driving role will have the opportunity to help implement our product strategy by working with clients, sales, marketing, support, technology, operations and business SME teams to define, design, develop and deploy products that transform the way we do business.The PM will constantly prioritise product initiatives that meet the vision and business outcomes and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.Enter the key responsibilities of the role:Responsible for end-to-end product management including the development, release, launch and adoption for products and capabilities in remit. Be a product evangelist and present deep dive sessions to internal and external teams to train them on product approach; drive adoption and engagement. Embed a data-informed process so your team can make fast good decisions. Ensure LSEG products are commercially viable by deeply understanding the organisation's commercial strategies and its influence in the market. Effectively communicate highly complex ideas at multiple organisational levels and modify personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance.Build shared goals and specs for products by soliciting inputs from multiple parts of the organisation. Ensure all Product Roadmaps are prioritized, owned, maintained and communicated.Responsible for helping the squads to deliver outcome-based roadmaps and release plans based on the product vision. Working with squad members to build a productive and innovative environment. Work closely with engineering, product and internal teams to ensure timely releases. Design and implement internal and external training for new features. Provide thought leadership on long-term product strategy. Enter the essential experience and skills required:At least 2 years’ experience working in a client facing Product managementrole is required. Have a strong understanding of Fin Crime, KYC, AML, Screening and Compliance domains and have experience managing such products. Demonstrate a consistent track record of leading and delivering enterprise data and technology products. Self-starter and ability to drive ideas to execution independently. Able to articulate the benefits of product enhancements to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Able to communicate complex propositions, products or services. Be comfortable with ambiguous goals and changing requirements.Work well as a member of cross functional teams. Able to flourish in a matrix environment.
