Job Description

EbizON is looking for a Business Analyst - PreSales who can help our team of consultants & sales professionals with the business requirements, client communication & proposals for our customers in US/Canada market.  


The ideal candidate would come with experience in Technology services and a bright academic record - Btech/MBA from a good college.  


Responsibilities:  


  • Provide Digital Solutions in RFP’s/new client pursuits and articulate the Technology solution, approach, and methodology. 


  • Engaging in pre-sales activities, perform “Gap” analysis of tech practice offerings and identify solution development opportunities with ability to build effective relationships. 


  • Anchor key discussions with the clients around Enterprise CMS, E-commerce and M-commerce, CRM, Product Engineering. 


  • Drive Transformation across client engagements – Digital enablement, Business Requirements, Solution fitment 


  • Escalation of critical issues in a timely fashion & participating in solution approach. Formulate conclusions and recommendations to resolve the problem. 


  • Preparation of analytical reports and inputs for client deliverables. 


  • Delivers and customizes best in class presentations on products & services. 


  • Assist sales team with estimates, RFPs, solutioning, outreach & presentations. 


Requirements: 


  • 1-3 years of Experience in technology/IT services 


  • Excellent Communication Skills  


  • Ability to work independently under time constraint 


  • Working knowledge of the IT services industry will be considered as an advantage 


  • MBA (preferred) from reputed college/University. 


  • Proficient knowledge of Excel / Ppt / Word would a requirement 


  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
