Job Description

Role Purpose


Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our reward processes, contributing to a competitive and motivating reward structure for Corporate and Hotel employees. Support in the execution of our compensation and benefit programs for Europe and India, Middle East and Africa. 


Key Accountabilities


Compensation:


  • Assist in the administration of annual merit review and bonus processes.
  • Support the execution of job evaluation and grading systems.
  • Support benchmark analyses to inform decisions and maintain competitiveness.
  • Prepare compensation-related reports, presentations, and analyses for various stakeholders.

Benefits:


  • Assist in the administration and communication of corporate employee benefit programs.
  • Support enrolment processes.
  • Track and analyse benefits utilisation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and ensure smooth program operation.

Data Management:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reward data
  • Develop and maintain reward-related dashboards
  • Analyse reward data to identify potential areas for improvement and cost optimisation

Other:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of new reward programs and policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on reward-related questions and issues.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Skills & Experiences


  • At least two years' experience working in a HR (essential) or reward (desirable) analyst role in a multinational organisation or HR consultancy practice.
  • Analytical mindset and aptitude for problem-solving - actively uses data to form insights and make recommendations   
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices, basic understanding of tax and social security.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently. 
  • Experience in working with HR (essential) and compensation (desirable) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work, effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Organised, delivery orientated and self-motivated.
