Our Commercial function is the external face of FE fundinfo.  Our sales, account management, ecosystem and marketing teams comprise of passionate, action orientated individuals with domain expertise who partner with our clients to navigate industry trends and deliver on their business needs and strategies.  


Operating from the UK, Luxembourg and India, the Revenue Operations team represents the cornerstone of sales and revenue operations at FE fundinfo with the ability to bring sales, account management, processes and workflows together and to create efficient ways of working to maximise commercial output. RevOps manages team productivity, simplifies processes and drives value from reporting and automation.  


As a Revenue Operations Specialist (RevOps), you will be responsible for effective and efficient completion of due diligence requests from our client base. You will also be responsible for mediating communication with various stakeholders and technical teams for the resolution as required. As part of the role, you will also undertake the management of other internal support queries and management of Ad Hoc projects. 


Your key responsibilities as a RevOps Specialist will be to:


  • Case Management: Classify, evaluate, prioritize and assign enquiries reported through emails and cases in our case management queue. Manage the case life cycle from triage to resolution within the agreed timeframes, at highest accuracy levels.  
  • Internal Relationships: Respond promptly to all queries from customers/account managers, thus positively impacting customer experience; ensure a friendly, open, professional etiquette is maintained always; practice a strong customer-centric approach.  
  • Performance: Meet agreed deadlines for response and resolution of due diligence requests; Ensure questionnaires are answered to a high-quality standard. Respond in a timely-manner to other support-related cases. 
  • Knowledge Management: Continuously up-skill on all matters related to customer due diligence such as: Data Protection, Information Security, HR practices, ESG, Business Continuity, Company Information, Company Financials, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Physical and Environmental Security, CSR. 
  • To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy

To join us as a RevOps Specialist you will need the following experience and skills:


  • Good understanding of MS office tools  - basic excel is required
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills - possessing a customer-centric approach
  • A proven ability to work unsupervised and operate with a degree of autonomy 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to work outside the job specification - when required 
  • Experience in using CRM software and responding to customer queries desired 
  • General knowledge of the financial sector is desired
