The Opportunity
We are seeking a committed and goal-oriented Retention Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. What you'll Do
- Coordinate Digital Experience (DX) renewal operations.
- Collaborate with regional Renewal Sales Specialists and manage forecasts for current and upcoming quarters.
- Partner with Renewals Leads to assess and mitigate risks for future quarters.
- Provide timely and accurate attrition forecasts to APAC leadership on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the Credit team to supervise out-of-cycle attrition risks and prevent unexpected challenges.
- Ensure timely renewals closure, meeting quarterly attrition and budgetary targets.
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations on Recurring Revenue attrition bookings with Data Operations and Global Finance to ensure accurate performance tracking.
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative attrition analyses.
- Manage the Renewals Book of Business (RBOB) for Digital Marketing, including updates to RBOB, Salesforce (SFDC) changes, and post-sales realignment.
- Collaborate with critical teams, including Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Order Management (OM), Deal Desk, Contracts Sales Operations, and Finance, to address and resolve operational issues.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical, or business field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar or related function (e.g., Sales Operations, Renewals Sales, Account Management, Inside Sales, business forecasting).
- Knowledge of renewal operations, including pipeline management, deal drafting, retention offers/programs, discount structuring, and BU approvals.
- Experience in an internal customer-facing environment (telephone/email-based).
- Demonstrable experience in a role involving critical thinking, with the ability to analyze issues, make decisions, and solve problems independently.
- Experience in performance management, recognizing key performance indicators, and compiling clear management reports.
- Competence with reporting and information management tools such as MS Excel, SFDC, or similar applications.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing workload based on changing priorities.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally, with strong influencing skills to achieve results by bringing to bear resources not under direct control.
- Proven track record in driving renewals/sales operations.
- Strong business communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel skills, including crafting dashboards and automating reports.
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with business partners and leverage resources to support the renewals process.
