Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Director to lead our store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing business strategies, and overseeing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
2. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
3. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team, including sales associates, department managers, and assistant managers.
4. Merchandising and Inventory: Plan and implement merchandise strategies, manage inventory levels, and optimize product assortment.
5. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and experience, driving customer loyalty and retention.Also dealing with interior and architects for revenue growth.
6. Financial Management-: Manage store P&L, budget, and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost control.
7. Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
8. Company Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
1. 8+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a store director or similar role.
2. Proven track record of sales growth and profitability.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Merchandising and inventory management experience.
6. Financial management and budgeting skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
