The project:


Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.

Assist the project team in the daily control, management and coordination of construction activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and to the required safety, environmental and quality standards.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Working alongside the Mace planners in developing construction strategies and sequences. 


  • Acting as the main technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives. 


  • Implementing the pre-construction studies through the design and construction phases of projects. 


  • Assisting in managing and delivery of the project. 


  • Checking the plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. 


  • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials. 


  • Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect. 


  • Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project. 


  • Communicating with clients and their representatives includes attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the project’s progress. 


  • Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site. 


  • Preparing reports as and when required. 


  • Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. 


You’ll need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in civil.


  • Experience of projects of similar nature.
