Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team in Sriperumbudur, India. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the first point of contact.


  • Handle all reservations efficiently through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms
  • Optimize room sales in alignment with the hotel's sales policies and brand standards
  • Provide warm, professional assistance to guests and address their inquiries promptly
  • Manage the reservation process meticulously, following brand-specific procedures
  • Enter reservation details accurately and communicate information to relevant departments
  • Collaborate with other hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Generate and send reservation confirmations with attention to detail
  • Assist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective upselling techniques
  • Stay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and special offers to inform guests accurately
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks related to reservations

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Adaptability to handle various communication channels effectively

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
